Join the Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy as it hosts Dr. Charles Zielger for a discussion that will cover recent developments in Russian Chinese relations and will explore the factors driving their close strategic partnership, which aligns them against the United States, as well as factors that constrain the relationship from developing into a full-fledged alliance.

Dr. Charles Ziegler is a Professor of Political Science and University Scholar at the University of Louisville. He is also a specialist in the domestic, foreign and security policies of Russia and Eurasia, and has published several books and over 100 book chapters, articles, and papers on the topic.
