Rubin Writes Chapter in Sectarianism, Proxies and De-sectarianisation Report

Lawrence Rubin, an associate professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, contributed a chapter in Sectarianism, Proxies, and De-sectarianisation (SEPAD) report Saudi Arabia, Iran and De-Escalation in the Persian Gulf. His piece, “Saudi Arabia, Iran and the United States,” discusses the role the U.S. has in the rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran.

Lawrence Rubin, an associate professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, returned to the Georgia Institute of Technology in fall 2018 after spending a year working at the Department of Defense as part of a Council on Foreign Relations Felllowship sponsored by the Stanton Foundation.
