Overview
Lt. Col. Perry is a National Defense Fellow at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He commissioned in 2004 and became an MC-130 pilot, accumulating 4200 hours flying special operations missions through 15 deployments across six continants. He’s commanded Airmen at many levels, most recently as the 352nd Special Operations Support Squadron Commander where he oversaw support functions for special operations, including Aircrew Flight Equipment, Communications, Intelligence, Security, Weather, and Medical Services. After command, he served as Executive Officer to General James Hecker, Commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe & Africa and NATO Allied Air Command. Lt Col Perry holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Military Art & Science, and completed the Air University Fellowship at Maxwell AFB, Ala.
